This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds may be granted for paid listing services and advertising options on MachineCoz.com (“MachineCoz,” “we,” “our,” “platform”), a digital classified ad portal for industrial machinery, equipment, tools, spare parts, and related services.

By using MachineCoz.com and purchasing any paid services, you (“user,” “advertiser,” “subscriber”) agree to be bound by this Policy in full. 

1. Purpose of This Policy

MachineCoz.com operates strictly as a web-based classified ads platform that allows users to post listings related to industrial assets. We do not sell, stock, broker, or take ownership of any items listed. Our business is limited to providing digital listing space and promotional services on a subscription or pay-per-listing basis.

This Refund Policy exclusively covers fees paid to MachineCoz.com for:    

  • Featured ad placements   
  • Premium listing packages   
  • Paid listing enhancements (e.g., bold titles, highlighted ads, top-of-page positioning)   
  • Banner ads or sponsorship slots   
  • Paid subscriptions or bundled advertising plans  
  • 2. General Policy: No Refunds for Paid Listings

    All payments made for listings and advertising services on MachineCoz.com are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

    We do not offer refunds, credits, reversals, or partial reimbursements for any of the following:    

  • Ads submitted in error   
  • Duplicate or incorrect ad content submitted by the user   
  • Change of mind by the user after payment   
  • Low ad performance or no inquiries from buyers   
  • User dissatisfaction with the design or visibility of the ad   
  • Delays in buyer responses or lack of leads   
  • Expired or unused ad time   
  • Early removal of ads by the user  
  • Users are expected to review and confirm all listing content, package selection, and payment details before submission. 

    3. Responsibility of the Advertiser

    When placing a paid listing, it is solely the responsibility of the advertiser to:  

  • Ensure that the listing content is accurate, legal, and compliant with our Listing Rules and Terms of Use   
  • Confirm that the correct package or promotional upgrade has been selected   
  • Verify payment before finalizing the ad submission  
  • MachineCoz is not liable for user errors, technical issues on the user’s end, or misinterpretations regarding package features or results. 

    4. Exceptions Where Refunds May Be Considered 

    Refunds will only be considered under the following rare and strictly verifiable conditions:

    4.1 Platform Error

    If a technical failure or internal system error on MachineCoz.com:    

  • Prevents a paid listing from going live within 24 hours of payment;   
  • Results in the ad being placed in the wrong category or location not caused by the user;   
  • Blocks visibility for more than 48 hours through no fault of the advertiser;  
  • A partial or full refund may be granted upon request and verification by our support team. Screenshots, receipts, and clear explanations must be provided. 

    4.2 Duplicate Payment or Billing Error 

    If the user is:    

  • Billed more than once for the same ad or listing package;   
  • Charged a higher amount than the selected package due to a technical error;  
  • You may request a refund of the excess amount by contacting support within 5 calendar days of the transaction. Proof of duplicate charge and transaction ID must be submitted. 

    4.3 Payment Made But Listing Rejected (Due to System Glitch)

    If a paid ad is rejected due to an error in our automated moderation system, not due to any user policy violation, a refund or credit may be provided at our discretion. 

    5. Conditions and Time Limits for Refund Requests

    To be eligible for a refund under Section 4, the following conditions must be met:    

  • The request must be submitted in writing to Contact@MachineCoz.com within 5 calendar days of the payment or issue.   
  • The user must include:            
  • Full name and email address associated with the account       
  • Order or payment ID       
  • Date of transaction       
  • Screenshot of the issue (if applicable)       
  • Detailed explanation of the problem          
  • Failure to meet these requirements will result in automatic denial of the refund request. 

    6. Refunds for Ad Removal by the User 

    If a user decides to remove a live paid listing before its expiration:    

  • No refunds or credits will be granted for the unused time.   
  • No transfers of ad credits to another listing or account will be permitted.
  • 7. Refunds for Underperformance

    MachineCoz does not guarantee:    

  • Number of views, leads, inquiries, or sales   
  • Page impressions or click-through rates   
  • Buyer engagement or transactional outcomes 
  • Paid listings function as classified ads—not performance-based advertising. As such: 

    We do not issue refunds based on poor ad performance, lack of buyer interest, or low user traffic.

    8. Subscription Plans and Bundled Ad Packages 

    In the case of monthly or annual listing plans:

  • All payments are final once processed.
  • Mid-term cancellations do not qualify for a refund.   
  • If a user cancels or downgrades before the plan’s end date, the remaining balance is forfeited.   
  • Refunds are not granted for unused ad credits, remaining ad slots, or promotional upgrades included in a bundle.  
  • 9. Refund Process and Timeline 

    If your request is approved: 

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).  
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from approval.   
  • MachineCoz is not responsible for delays by banks, processors, or third-party gateways.   
  • Refunds will reflect only the actual paid amount minus any applicable processing fees or administrative charges.  
  • 10. Abuse of Refund Requests 

    We monitor all refund-related activity. Refund requests will be denied and the user’s account may be suspended or terminated if:   

  • There is evidence of excessive, repeated refund claims;   
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative tactics are detected;   
  • The user files chargebacks or payment disputes outside this Policy without contacting us first.

    MachineCoz reserves full rights to pursue legal action or damages in cases of refund fraud or chargeback abuse. 

    11. Policy Amendments 

    MachineCoz.com may revise or update this Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on this page and shall become effective immediately upon publication. 

    It is the user’s responsibility to review this Policy before making any payments or using paid services. 

    12. Disclaimer of Guarantees 

    All paid listing services and advertising tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” MachineCoz does not guarantee:   

  • Sales, inquiries, or business outcomes   
  • Increased visibility or ranking outside of technical placement   
  • Results comparable to past listings or competitor ads 
  • Users accept full responsibility for listing quality, ad content, target market, and promotional results.

    All refund decisions made by MachineCoz management shall be final and binding. 

    14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

    This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MachineCoz.com is registered. By using our platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in that region for all disputes related to payments and refunds.

    15. Final Acknowledgment

    By making any payment or using our paid services, you:    

  • Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full;   
  • Waive all future claims outside of the conditions described herein;   
  • Accept that all decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of MachineCoz.com.
