2.2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account.
2.3. Prohibited Accounts: You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
2.4. Multiple Accounts: Creation of multiple accounts without authorization is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
2.5. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
3.1. Permitted Use: You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
3.2. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
Use the Platform for spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.

3.3. Commercial Use: Business listings are permitted but must comply with all listing policies, and business users may be required to undergo verification.
4. CONTENT POLICY
4.1. User-Generated Content: All content you upload (e.g., listings, photos, descriptions) remains your property, but by posting, you grant MachineCoz.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purposes of providing the service.
4.2. Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate and up-to-date.
4.3. Restricted Content: The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
Obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory content
Counterfeit or illegal goods
Personal or confidential information about others
Infringing material without authorization
4.4. Moderation Rights: We reserve the right to review, approve, modify, or remove any content for any reason, without notice.
5. LISTING TERMS
5.1. Permitted Listings: You may list machinery, equipment, parts, vehicles, tools, and industrial services that are legal and owned or authorized for sale.
5.2. Listing Format: Listings must be clear, honest, and detailed. Each item must be posted in the correct category with valid pricing and location.
5.3. Duplicate Listings: Posting the same item multiple times is not allowed.
5.4. Duration and Visibility: Listings may be subject to duration limits and visibility rules as per your subscription or package.
5.5. Fees and Payments: We may charge fees for certain premium features (e.g., Featured Ads, Sponsored Posts). You agree to our pricing, refund, and billing terms when purchasing such services.
6. TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS
6.1. Platform Role: MachineCoz.com is a listing platform only. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
6.2. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, nor the identity or trustworthiness of users.
6.3. User Due Diligence: Users are solely responsible for conducting due diligence before engaging in any transaction.
6.4. Disputes: MachineCoz.com is not obligated to mediate disputes but may assist in moderation if listings or users violate platform policies.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. Platform Content: All software, design, trademarks, logos, and original content created by MachineCoz.com are the exclusive property of the Platform and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2. Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.
7.3. Third-Party IP: Users must ensure they have rights to any content they upload (e.g., product images, brand logos).
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. No Warranty: The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
8.2. No Liability: MachineCoz.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Platform errors or downtime
Unauthorized access to your account
User conduct or transaction outcomes
8.3. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MachineCoz.com and its affiliates from all claims arising out of your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
9. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
9.1. Account Termination: We may suspend or delete your account without notice if you violate our policies.
9.2. Listing Removal: We may remove any listing that violates our rules or appears suspicious.
9.3. Legal Action: In serious cases of fraud or abuse, legal action may be initiated, and relevant information may be shared with authorities.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
10.1. Updates: We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.
10.2. Notice: Users will be notified via email or platform banner in case of material changes.
10.3. Continued Use: Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
